Week 3: AAC Baseball Players of the Week

WALESKA, Ga. - Tanner Everett of Bryan and Josh Shelly of Tennessee Wesleyan are the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) Baseball Pitcher and Player of the Week, the league announced Monday.

This is the third edition of the weekly honors for the 2026 season. The next set of awards will be announced on Feb. 23.

AAC Pitcher of the Week
Tanner Everett - Bryan - Senior

• Tossed a 9-inning, complete-game shutout against Union Commonwealth.
• Earned the win while allowing no runs on 5 hits and 1 walk with 6 strikeouts..
• This is his first weekly honor this season.

AAC Player of the Week
Josh Shelly - Tennessee Wesleyan - Senior

• Batted .636 in helping Tennessee Wesleyan go 4-0 on the week.
• Drove in 6 runs and scored 6 times.
• Had 2 doubles and 2 home runs for a 1.364 slugging percentage.
• This is his third weekly award this season.
