WALESKA, Ga. - The top two seeds advanced to the 2025 Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) Men's Soccer Tournament championship as No. 1 seed Union Commonwealth and No. 2 seed Milligan both won on Tuesday.
Union Commonwealth received goals from Ethan Kemp and Euardo Ribeiro to move past No. 4 seed Pikeville in a 2-0 tilt. Gabriel Mendoza made three saves in recording his 12th shutout of the season.
Marco Lattanzi scored in the 51st minute to give Milligan all it needed to defeat No. 3 seed Truett McConnell 1-0. Adria Alles had three saves in the win.
Milligan is seeking its first conference tournament crown since 2023, while Union Commonwealth is going for its first tournament championship since 2019.
