Week 5: AAC Women's Lacrosse Players of the Week
WALESKA, Ga. - Emma Rittman of Cumberlands and Marlo McBrayer of Truett McConnell are the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) Women's Lacrosse Defensive and Offensive Players of the Week, the league announced Monday.
This is the fifth edition of the weekly honors for the 2026 season. The next set of awards will be announced on March 9.
AAC Defensive Player of the Week
Rylee Brendlinger - Tennessee Wesleyan - Senior
- Collected 4 wins in goal while posting a 52.5 save percentage.
- Made 31 saves and allowed 28 goals.
- This is her first weekly award this season.
AAC Offensive Player of the Week
Kylie Heinrich - Tennessee Wesleyan - Senior
- Scored 7 goals and dished out 14 assists as TWU went 4-0 on the week.
- Had 2 goals and 7 assists in a 17-9 win over Warner.
- Had 9 shots on goal.
- Had 12 ground balls and 1caused turnover on the week.
- Registered 11 draw controls.
- This is her first weekly award this season.
