Indoor Track & Field Championships Set to Begin Thursday

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - The 2026 Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) Men's and Women's Indoor Track & Field Championship Meet is set to take place Thursday and Friday at the JDL Fast Track in Winston-Salem, N.C.

Fans are allowed to attend, and admission is free.

This is the ninth year of the championships and the eighth time they have been held in Winston-Salem, N.C. In 2021, the championships were held in Louisville, Ky.

Milligan is going for its fifth men's title in a row, while Montreat seeks to repeat as the women's champion.

The two-day event is scheduled to begin on Thursday at 5 p.m. and conclude on Friday afternoon.
