Week 3: AAC Men's Basketball Players of the Week
WALESKA, Ga. - Zion Blevins of Pikeville and Reshaun Hampton of Tennessee Wesleyan are the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) Men's Basketball Defensive and Offensive Players of the Week.
The league announced the awards on Monday.
This is the third edition of the awards for the 2025-26 season. The next set of awards will be announced on Dec. 1.
AAC Men's Basketball Defensive Player of the Week
Zion Blevins - Pikeville - Freshman
- Blocked 8 shots and pulled down 12 defensive rebounds as Pikeville went 2-0 on the week.
- Had 5 blocks in an 84-75 win at Johnson.
- Averaged 17.5 points and 7.0 rebounds per game, and shot 76.5 percent (13-of-17) from the field.
- This is his first weekly honor of the season.
AAC Men's Basketball Offensive Player of the Week
Reshaun Hampton - Tennessee Wesleyan - Sophomore
- Averaged 28.0 points over 2 games.
- Poured in 39 points in an 81-58 win over Truett McConnell.
- Also had 6 rebounds, 2 assists, 5 steals, and 2 blocks.
- This is his second weekly honor of the season.
