Week 8: AAC Men's Basketball Players of the Week

WALESKA, Ga. - Shaft Clark of Bluefield and Jadon Yeh of Truett McConnell are the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) Men's Basketball Defensive and Offensive Players of the Week.

The league announced the awards on Monday.

This is the eighth edition of the awards for the 2025-26 season. The next set of awards will be announced on Jan. 19.

AAC Men's Basketball Defensive Player of the Week
Shaft Clark - Bluefield - Senior

• Pulled down 7 defensive rebounds, stole 7 balls, and blocked 3 shots as Bluefield went 1-1 on the week.
• Averaged 18.5 points and 6.5 rebounds per game.
• Also dished out 4 assists.
• This is his first weekly honor of the season.

AAC Men's Basketball Offensive Player of the Week
Jadon Yeh - Truett McConnell

• Averaged 23.0 points and 6.0 rebounds in helping Truett McConnell to a 2-0 record.
• Shot 68.2 percent (15-of-22 shots) from the field.
• Added 5 assists, 2 steals, and 2 blocks.
• This is his first weekly honor of the season.
