Week 6: AAC Men's Swimmer of the Week

WALESKA, Ga. - Christoph Haenel of Milligan is the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) Men's Swimmer of the Week.

The league announced the award on Monday.

This is the sixth edition of the awards for the 2025-26 season. The next set of awards will be announced on Feb. 2.

Christoph Haenel - Milligan - Freshman

• Won two events in a meet against NCAA Division II squads Carson-Newman (Tenn.) and Lenoir-Rhyne (N.C.).
• Posted a time of 1:50.46 in the 200 butterfly.
• Recorded a time of 49.59 in the 100 butterfly.
• This is his first weekly honor of the season.
