St. Thomas' Negrao Named NAIA Attacker of the Week

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Gabriel Negrao of St. Thomas (Fla.) has been named the NAIA Men's Volleyball Attacker of the Week. He was selected based on his performances from February 3-9 and was chosen out of a pool of conference/Continental Athletic Conference (Independents)/unaffiliated group nominees.

NAIA Men's Volleyball Attacker of the Week 

Gabriel Negrao, St. Thomas (Fla.) – FR – Outside Hitter

• Totaled 38 kills in a pair of wins for an average of 4.75 kills per set
• Recorded an attack percentage of .446 with nine errors on 65 total attacks
• Added 16 digs on the week while also having three total blocks
• Aided St. Thomas (Fla.) to wins over Webber International (Fla.) and Warner (Fla.)
