Week 8: AAC Men's Wrestler of the Week

WALESKA, Ga. - Efren Arizmendez of Life is the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) Men's Wrestler of the Week.

The league announced the awards on Monday.

This is the eighth edition of the awards for the 2025-26 season. The next set of awards will be announced on Jan. 26.

AAC Wrestler of the Week
Efren Arizmendez - Life 

• Defeated the 14th-ranked wrestler in NCAA Division II in the 197-pound class.
• Posted a 23-19 win over Marvelous Rutledge of Lander (S.C.).
• Helped Life defeat NCAA Division II No. 4 Lander 20-16.
• This is his first weekly honor of the season.
