Week 5: AAC Men's Cross Country Runner of the Week

WALESKA, Ga. - Ronald Way of Montreat is the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) Men's Cross Country Runner of the Week, the league announced Monday.
This is the fifth edition of the weekly honors for the 2025 season. The next set of awards will be announced on Oct. 13.
AAC Men's Runner of the Week
Ronald Way- Montreat - Junior
- Placed 86th at the Louisville Cross Country Classic (Gold 8K).
- Posted a time of 25:12.9 in the 8K race.
- Competed against 326 runners in a field that was predominantly NCAA Division I and II runners.
- Fourth-highest NAIA finisher.
- This is his second weekly award this season.
