Milligan Places 8th; Montreat's Stade, Lauer Earn NAIA All-American Honors
TALLAHASSEE, Fla. - A top-10 team finish and two NAIA-Americans highlighted the Appalachian Athletic Conference's (AAC) day at the 2025 NAIA Women's Cross Country Championship on Friday.
The meet was held at Apalachee Regional Park in Tallahassee, Fla.
Individually, Montreat's Ryan Stade and Brock Lauer earned NAIA All-American honors as they placed 19th and 26th, respectively. Stade crossed the line in 24:56.4, while Lauer posted a time of 25:06.7.
Despite not collecting any All-American honors, Milligan finished eighth in the team competition with 341 points. Bryson Lewis was Milligan's top finisher as he placed 48th with a time of 25:23.3.
Montreat registered a 21st-place team finish with 490 points.
