Week 2: AAC Softball Players of the Week
WALESKA, Ga. - Isabella Davis of Columbia International and Rylee Walker of Truett McConnell are the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) Softball Pitcher Player of the Week, the league announced Monday.
This is the second edition of the weekly honors for the 2026 season. The next set of awards will be announced on Feb. 16.
AAC Pitcher of the Week
Isabella Davis - Columbia International - Sophomore
- Posted a 2-0 record in the circle for CIU.
- Allowed 3 earned runs in 11 innings pitched for a 1.91 ERA.
- Struck out 8 and walked 2.
- This is her first weekly award this season.
AAC Player of the Week
Rylee Walker - Truett McConnell - Freshman
- Batted .471 in 4 games, helping Truett McConnell to a 4-0 record.
- 4 of her 8 hits went for extra bases, as she posted a 1.000 slugging percentage.
- Had a double, triple, and 2 home runs.
- Drove in 9 runs and scored 6 times.
- This is her first weekly award this season.
