Week 4: AAC Women's Basketball Players of the Week
WALESKA, Ga. - Londaisha Smith of Reinhardt and Sloan Carpenter of Tennessee Wesleyan are the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) Women's Basketball Defensive and Offensive Players of the Week.
The league announced the awards on Monday.
This is the fourth edition of the awards for the 2025-26 season. The next set of awards will be announced on Dec. 8.
AAC Women's Basketball Defensive Player of the Week
Londaisha Smith - Reinhardt - Senior
- Pulled down 19 rebounds with 15 being on the defensive end in her 2 games played.
- Averaged 13.5 points and 9.5 rebounds per game.
- Recorded 1 double-double.
- Had 2 steals and 1 block.
- Also had 4 assists.
- This is her first weekly honor of the season.
AAC Women's Basketball Offensive Player of the Week
Sloan Carpenter - Tennessee Wesleyan - Sophomore
- Posted 18 points and 12 rebounds in an 85-75 win over Johnson.
- Added 3 assists and 1 steal.
- This is her first weekly honor of the season.
