AAC Sees 3 Make NAIA Women's Golf All-Tournament Team, 2 Teams in Top 10
YPSILANTI, Mich. - The Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) saw two of its teams post top-10 finishes at the 2025 NAIA Women's Golf National Championship, with three individuals making the All-Tournament Team.
The tournament was held at Eagle Crest Golf Course in Ypsilanti, Mich., May 13-16.
Of the three AAC teams to qualify for the tournament, SCAD Atlanta and Milligan made the cut following the second round. SCAD Atlanta sat as high as fourth in the standings but landed fifth overall with a 66-over-par 1218. Meanwhile, Milligan carded a 10th-place finish, posting a 75-over-par 1227.
Individually, three AAC golfers earned All-Tournament Team accolades. Holly Lau of SCAD Atlanta led the way with an eighth-place showing, while Kate Castle of Milligan and Martha Sanchez of SCAD Atlanta finished 11th and 13th, respectively.
