AAC Women's Golf All-Conference Awards Announced
WALESKA, Ga. - The 2025-26 Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) Women's Golf All-Conference Team and awards were announced recently following the championship meet.
Amanda Jurander of SCAD Atlanta hauled in the most accolades as she was named the Player of the Year and the Freshman of the Year, as well as making the All-AAC First Team and earning Medalist honors at the championship tournament.
Junander earned Player of the Year honors after posting the lowest combined score in fall and spring conference tournaments.
Joining her on the All-AAC First Team are Brianna Bassett of Truett McConnell, Carly Crooks of Pikeville, Holly Lau of SCAD Atlanta, and Mallory Tevrukt of Milligan. Earning second-team honors are Charlotte Huynh of SCAD Atlanta, Lauren Holmes of Pikeville, Abby Bryant of Truett McConnell, Maisie Hassall, and Renee Crooks of Pikeville.
Keira Howroyd of Pikeville is the Newcomer of the Year, and Chris Knobloch of SCAD Atlanta is the Coach of the Year.
Nine landed a spot on the Champions of Character Team, while dozens made the All-Academic Team.
