AAC Women's Lacrosse Awards Announced
WILLIAMSBURG, Ky. - The Appalachian Athletic Conference announced the 2025 Women's Lacrosse All-AAC Team and Awards on Thursday.
Maddie Diaz of Georgetown is the Player of the Year and the Offensive Player of the Year, Madison Haney of Georgetown is the Defensive Player of the Year, Skylar Arroyave of Reinhardt is the Freshman of the Year, and Kelly Buikus of Cumberlands is the Coach of the Year.
The awards were voted on and selected by the women's lacrosse coaches of the AAC.
Sixteen players earned a spot on the All-AAC First Team, with 16 making the second team. There were six named the Champions of Character Team, with dozens making the grade and landing a spot on the All-Academic Team
