Week 10: AAC Women's Lacrosse Players of the Week

WALESKA, Ga. - Mikayla Kimsey of Cumberlands and Ashlee Baker of Cumberlands are the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) Women's Lacrosse Defensive and Offensive Players of the Week, the league announced Monday.

This is the 10th edition of the weekly honors for the 2026 season. The next set of awards will be announced on April 20.

AAC Defensive Player of the Week
Mikayla Kimsey - Cumberlands - Sophomore 

• Made 13 saves in a 16-8 win over Reinhardt.
• Posted a 61.9 save percentage.
• This is her third weekly award this season.

AAC Offensive Player of the Week
Ashlee Baker - Cumberlands - Junior 

• Posted 9 points in the 16-8 win over Reinhardt.
• Deposited 3 goals and dished out 6 assists.
• Recorded a point on 7 of the Patriots' first 8 goals.
• Eclipsed the 100-point mark for the season.
• This is her third weekly award this season.
