Week 3: AAC Women's Swimmer of the Week

WALESKA, Ga. - Sophie Bell of Brenau is the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) Women's Swimmer of the Week.

The league announced the award on Monday.

This is the third edition of the awards for the 2025-26 season. The next set of awards will be announced on Nov. 24.

AAC Women's Swimmer of the Week
Sophie Bell - Brenau - Sophomore

• Recorded 3 individual wins in a tri-meet.
• Won the 100 backstroke (1:01.97), 100 freestyle (56.89), and 200 IM (2:25.62).
• Owns the seventh-best time in the NAIA and the top time in the AAC in the 100 backstroke.
• Helped the 200 medley relay team win with a time of 1:56.04
• This is her first weekly honor of the season.
