Week 4: AAC Women's Volleyball Players of the Week

WALESKA, Ga. - Liangelys Santana of Bluefield is the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) Volleyball Attacker of the Week, while Hana Vucinic of Spartanburg Methodist and Chloie Brinton of Pikeville are the Defender and Setter of the Week, respectively.

The league announced the awards on Monday.

This is the fourth edition of the awards for the 2025 season. The next set of awards will be announced on Sept. 22.

AAC Attacker of the Week
Liangelys Santana - Bluefield - Senior

• Averaged 5.33 kills per set as she had 16 in 3 sets.
• Added 16 digs.
• This is her first weekly honor of the season.

AAC Defender of the Week
Hana Vucinic - Spartanburg Methodist - Junior

• Averaged 4.78 digs per set.
• Posted 17 digs twice.
• Tallied 43 digs in 9 sets.
• Also had 23 kills, 4 assists, 2 aces, and 1 block.
• Recorded 1 double-double
• This is her first weekly honor of the season.

AAC Setter of the Week
Chloie Brinton - Pikeville - Junior

• Averaged 10.91 assists per set.
• Had 52 assists in a 3-2 loss to Lindsey Wilson, which is the second-most in program history.
• Recorded 1 double-double.
• Also had 25 digs and 2 aces.
• This is her second weekly honor of the season.
